Summary of Position
As a Client Service Senior Associate on our APAC Coverage team, you'll be the critical link ensuring seamless support for our tier-1 clients across Asia-Pacific markets. Working independently during London night hours, you'll be the primary point of contact for our APAC clients during their business day, delivering solutions that maintain Pirum's commitment to exceptional service across all time zones.

Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver Mission-Critical APAC Support
• Provide first-line resolution for service requests from APAC clients during their business hours
• Manage support queues independently, making autonomous decisions while maintaining SLA commitments
• Execute clear escalation protocols for urgent issues, coordinating with on-call specialists when needed
• Maintain comprehensive handover documentation for London and New York teams, ensuring continuity across shifts Build Technical Mastery
• Become the overnight expert on Pirum's product suite, serving as the go-to resource during critical APAC trading windows
• Troubleshoot sophisticated technical issues independently, leveraging documentation and oncall support
• Monitor system performance and data reconciliation processes, flagging anomalies promptly
• Contribute to incident post-mortems and implement preventive measures
Expand Business Impact
• Develop deep expertise in securities finance collateral workflows across diverse APAC markets
• Host virtual consultation sessions with APAC clients during their preferred time zones
• Create knowledge base content and training materials based on overnight patterns and common APAC queries
• Build strong relationships with regional Client Success and Operations teams across Asia-Pacific
Essential Experience
• Client service excellence: Proven track record managing complex client relationships in financial services or fintech, ideally with exposure to multiple time zones
• Securities finance knowledge: Understanding of collateral management, settlement processes, and securities lending/borrowing workflows
• Technical proficiency: Advanced Excel skills plus ability to quickly master proprietary configuration tools and ticketing systems
• Independent problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions autonomously and escalate appropriately
• Clear communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts via phone, email, and ticketing system to diverse stakeholders

• Ability to maintain a consistent night shift schedule (Sunday-Thursday or similar rotation)
• Strong personal support system to manage work-life balance during non-traditional hours
• Interest in developing long-term career in global operations or follow-the-sun support models
Strong candidates may have:
• Prior night shift or rotational shift experience in financial services operations
• Experience with Pirum products or similar collateral management platforms
• Background in middle office, trade support, or operations covering APAC markets
• Multilingual capabilities (Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese advantageous)
• Understanding of APAC market structures, holidays, and settlement cycles
